The site

The site provides access to a number of services including:

  • a library of risk control notes and checklists covering a variety of risk management subjects relating to health and safety, fire, security, environmental and motor fleet risks;
  • a health and safety toolkit, helping businesses to put in place a management system;
  • access to a group of approved preferred suppliers offering discounted rates and products for health and safety, fire, specialist services, environmental and security; and
  • online risk improvements enabling the insurer, broker and policyholder to access and manage their risk improvements following a risk control survey visit.

Access to the site is restricted to users who have registered with us, such as brokers who have an active agency agreement with us, or policyholders who are insured by us. You are accessing the site as a policyholder, which provides you with access to the general areas of the website and to your own risk improvement reports. Brokers also have access to risk improvement reports relating only to their clients for whom they have arranged commercial insurance with us. The website can also be accessed by our staff.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection and username/password are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them. You must keep a record of any such person who has access to the site and must notify us of any non-compliance. You must also notify us immediately of any person who has had access to the security information who leaves your employment.
